When we always refund
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- The product is fundamentally broken and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report.
- The product does not match its description in a material way.
How to request a refund
Email support@nyrealm.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email, the product and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days and the license is revoked.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first results in account suspension and license revocation.
