These terms apply to all premade stores and website templates sold in the NyRealm Website Shop, in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. License scope
- One license = one production domain (plus unlimited local/staging environments).
- Agencies building for clients need one license per client project.
- You may not sell, share or publish the template, its source code or derivatives as a template or theme.
2. Branding & attribution
You may fully rebrand the template with your server's name, logo and colors. A small "Made by NyRealm" footer credit is appreciated but not required.
3. Third-party services
Templates may integrate with third-party services (Tebex, Stripe, PayPal, Discord, hosting providers). You are responsible for your accounts with those services and for complying with their terms, including the Minecraft EULA and Commercial Usage Guidelines.
4. Payments through your store
NyRealm is not a party to transactions made through your store and is not responsible for your sales, taxes, refunds or chargebacks.
5. Updates & support
Template updates are delivered through your account. Support covers installation and bugs in the original code — not custom modifications or hosting issues.
6. Custom website packages
For custom work, the deposit starts the project and is non-refundable once design work begins. Timelines and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts.
